Last Saturday, August 8, the 84 delegates competing for the Miss Universe 2009 title were divided in to two groups to visit two of Bahamas most beautiful islands, Exuma and Bimini, where the girls had their filming for the pageant finals.
The contestants who flew to Exuma Island toured Moriah Harbour and Elizabeth Harbour. Parts of their activities were to feed stingrays, go snorkeling and explore the many sandbars of the island.
Those contestants who flew to Bimini Island, on the other hand, toured Ansil’s Boat House, Bimini Bay Resort and visited the Bimini Sands Marina for Fountain of Youth.
I have pictures of the beauty queens who were in Exuma Island group which include Miss Philippines Pamela Bianca Manalo, Miss Peru Karen Scwharz, Miss Panama Diana Broce, Miss New Zealand Katie Taylor, Miss Colombia Michelle Rouillard, Miss Norway Eli Landa, Miss China Wang Jingyao and a lot more.
