Miss World Philippines 2013 has started screening applicants who will form the final line up and the girl who is getting a lot of buzz and thumbs up from Filipino pageant fans is Megan Lynne Young.
Megan is a television actress in the Philippines. The Filipinos have high hopes for Megan to bring home the first ever Miss World crown to the Philippines.
When she was not still joining any pageants, the Filipino fans rallied to convince her to join year after year until early this year when she tried Binibining Pilipinas which sent the Pinoy fans to go crazy and wild. But she was disqualified for posing topless for a magazine. Many disappointed fans thought that it was the end for her.
But it wasn't the end since she is again trying her luck to get the right to become Philippines' representative to Miss World 2013 to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Will she be able to win this local pageant that will give her the passport to Miss World 2013?
