Now that a new winner was proclaimed to represent Slovenia at Miss World 2013 pageant in Indonesia on 28 September 2013, the number of confirmed delegates to this pageant owned by Julia Morley is now 86.
Maja Cotič became the winner of Miss Slovenia 2013 last night. She also received the Miss Personality, a special award given to the candidate who exuded the most vibrant personality during the duration of the pageant. Maja Cotič was selected by a jury over 300 contestants. (Wow! That's too many for a single pageant.) The crown was presented by Nives Oresnik, Miss Slovenia 2012.
The question now is where is Maja Cotič in your list? Does she have what it takes to become the successor of Yu Wenxia, the Miss World 2012 from China PR?
Coming in second or first runner-up is Laura Škvorc while Eva Matijaševič is the third placer or second runner-up. It is not clear whether the runners-up will be sent to any other international pageants.
The rest of the TOP 7 (random order) are Loretta Dominkovič, Lara Koren, Kristina Lesjak and Sara Zemljič. Adjudged as Miss Talent is Laura Škvorc who sang Whitney Houston's ''I Will Always Love You''. Miss Photogenic is Eva Matijaševič.
