Antigona Sejdiu becomes the first Kosovar to compete at Miss World pageant


21-year old Antigona Sejdiu was proclaimed the winner of the inaugural pageant of Miss World Kosovo that took place at the Square 21 in Pristina last July 12th. For winning the Miss World Kosovo 2013 crown, she became the very first representative of her country to Miss World pageant. She will compete in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28th.

The first runner-up is Sidorela Dauti and the second runner-up is Dafina Bislimi. Fiolla Braha and Donika Ramaj are third and fourth runners up respectively.

16 ladies competed for the crown.

The organizer of this newly created pageant, Agron Selimi and Art Motion, used to handle Miss Universe Kosovo but they decided to scrap the latter to give Miss World a try.(RELATED STORY: No more Kosovo at Miss Universe)
