In Aishwarya's case, she is flanked by her family that include her equally famous husband Abishek Bachan, her father-in-law who is India's megastar Amitabh Bachan, and an old woman who appears to be her mother-in-law. All of them but the mother are showing to the world their middle fingers.
But it could be that the gesture is some kind of religious act that Hindus have. I just don't know. Probably, they were all just showing their identical rings. LOL
It's different in Josipa's case. She is obviously just playing around with the cameraman. The photo is taken inside a bus or any form of transportation.
Well, this is not an issue. I am just showing you these pictures of famous personalities who we expect to "behave" well but caught in "bad" photos.
Guys.... thats not a religious sign they were showing :P
ReplyDeleteThey were showing people that they voted for elections in 2009.
In India after every person votes their nails will be dyed with undissolvable ink. They were showing it out to people (of course with useless creativity)
Former Miss World 1994 Aiswarya Rai and Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachan and Abishek Bachan are not flashing the fuck you sign instead they are showing that they voted.
ReplyDeleteGuys Guys and my pretty babes. The middle finger does NOT denote "eff you" but is derived from all your cousins in Amreeeka (The US of Arseh*les- USA). It means simply is mild and means "UP YOURS"
ReplyDeleteNow as a British gentlemen, I would know how to symbolise "eff off". Make a Victory sign with your fore and middle finger, then turn your hand the other way way round. Famous British politicians have gaffed; Winston Churchill did the opposite VICTORY to the British public on winning the 2nd WW. Margaret Thatcher once faux pas'd the same way, though she was quickly corrected. As for me, I use it everyday to the friggin people who deserve it ;)
