The Miss Universe Organization fired off a cease and desist letter to the National Organization for Marriage - after NOM used footage from the Miss USA 2009 pageant in an anti-gay marriage commercial.
This is from TMZ website which is reporting that Maggie Gallagher's National Organization for Marriage included, without asking, copyright video of conservative darling Carrie Prejean in its latest commercial against gay marriage rights. The Miss USA pageant is said to be a joint venture between Donald Trump and NBC.
