Yes, Liberia was founded on christian principles, but as globalization occurs and migration continues, so do customs and religious view travel to Liberia. Among Liberian tribes you will find Muslims. The islamic faith is practiced by and is not limited to Mandigos, Kpelle and Mano people just to name a few.
